A well-run team will be more successful than a sloppy team. The main focus of SARWonk is on planning, organization, management, and training. (but we discuss other topics, too.)
Good ideas can come from anywhere
No one has a monopoly on good ideas. SARWonk is designed to help resolve challenges and improve our teams by harnessing the knowledge and experience of people around the world without first reinventing the wheel. In addition to the discussion forum, SARWonk hosts regular short webinars presented by experts on various SAR topics.
Multiple heads are better than one
SARWonk offers multiple platforms for engaging in real-time group discussions and projects, including a forum, a chat room, video roundtables, and collaborative document editing.
